Take extra care around body/hair products, chlorine, saltwater, perspiration, etc. Removing jewelry before showering. Sterling Silver Jewelry can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed within the U.S. are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking included. Please enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders $50+. We do our best to mail out your order as soon as possible- please allow 2-3 business days for processing. First class USPS shipping takes between 3-7 days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) from ship date to arrive to its US destination.
For international orders we fill out custom forms and mail through USPS. Please keep in mind that all international orders take varying lengths of time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer Satisfaction is top priority and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You are responsible for all mailing costs for the return. We recommend insuring any jewelry items as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
Returns after 30 days of receipt date are not accepted. Jewelry purchased from retail stores must be returned to the store it was purchased at and are subject to their return/exchange policy.

Is your jewelry sustainable?
Our sterling silver jewelry is made out of recycled metal. Our sterling silver and gold fill are zero waste. We recycle every bit of sterling silver and gold fill.
Can I pick out my shell or pearl?
For online orders we will select your pearl or shell. Pearls and shells are natural and will therefore have natural variations in shape, color, and surface. This makes each piece of jewelry unique. If you would like to select your own pearls or shells, please contact me at email@example.com for an appointment.
Do you repair jewelry?
Yes, depending on what happened to your piece.
We are able to repair the following: Broken chains and clasps, restringing necklaces and bracelets.
Please note customers are responsible for shipping costs.
