If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at email@example.com with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer Satisfaction is top priority and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You are responsible for all mailing costs for the return. We recommend insuring any jewelry items as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Returns after 30 days of receipt date are not accepted.
