I want you to love your piece as much as I loved designing and making it!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at debbysatodesigns@gmail.com with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer Satisfaction is top priority and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You are responsible for all mailing costs for the return. We recommend insuring any jewelry items as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Returns after 30 days of receipt date are not accepted. Sale items Returned merchandise must include packaging and tags

• Jewelry purchased from retail stores must be returned to the store it was purchased at and are subject to their return/exchange policy.

• Custom orders/made to order items - all sales final.

• Sale merchandise - all sales final.

• Fukubukuro Bags - all sales final

• Gift Cards - May not be returned or redeemed for cash. DSD is not responsible if it is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a gift card.
